   Pork chops (how of many you need to fix)
   Lemon and pepper seasoning
   Butter
   Salt.
   Melt enoungh butter to cover both sides of pork chops. Then sprinkle with the seasonings on top. Fry until done.
   I have done this for my family and they love them. Says they are the best they have ever had.

   This is one of my favorites

   Parmesan Meat Loaf Patties

   1.5 lbs ground extra lean ground beef
   5 oz grated parmesan cheese
   1/2 cup eggbeaters OR two eggs
   2 Tbsp parsley
   1/2 tsp black pepper
   1 clove garlic, chopped
   1 chopped onion

   Form into patties and grill until done.
