Anything you can grill or broil can be cooked on your GF grill with only a limitation on the size of the item being grilled

Don’t look for GF grill recipes, look for grill recipes (or broil recipes)

Start experimenting with it. Try making some sammies that you turn into panini’s by grilling them. You can’t ruin anything you make on your foreman, your trying a new method. Put some chicken breasts on there, or some hamburger patties. Just keep trying different stuff on it, you don’t need recipes.

Some of the best burgers that I’ve had has been on that thing. Get some ground meat (beef, chicken or turkey, the thing is awesome) chopped onions, a egg (or two depending on how much you make) salt, pepper (I add a little garlic powder for some zest) and season all. Spray your grill down with some Pam for grilling spray and you won’t be disappointed!!! Happy grilling :-)

Hot dogs, quesadillas, and sandwiches are a good way to start on the GF grill. Think of it like a regular grill but smaller.

I make grilled cheese on mine. Put hot dogs in the grooves and they cook perfectly. A tortilla stuffed with your favorite filling and rolled up grills really nicely too – melts cheese perfectly.

Chicken, pork chops, and steak all cook the same too – just faster. I would make sure your chicken is pounded flat otherwise it doesn’t cook evenly and the thick part gets overcooked.
