Rice Pilaf is awesome and easy to make! You can buy boxes that are practically prepared for you, all you have to do is cook it with water and olive oil. It’s really delicious!

This is also an eye bell it recipe:

My absolute favorite is Chinese Cole Slaw. Make a simple dressing by using 3 tbs balsamic vinegar, 3 tbs sugar and 1/4 c vegetable oil along with the seasoning packet from oriental flavor ramen noodles. For the salad mix 1 bag of shredded cole slaw mix, 4 green onions (sliced), ramen noodles and a handful of nuts (I use sliced almonds or sunflower seeds). Don’t put the dressing on until just before ready to eat. ENJOY!

pasta salad!! i don’t really follow a recipe so here’s just some ideas for ingredients…
-pretty much any small cut pasta: macaroni, rotini, fusilli, etc… boil until tender and drain well (duh)
-classico pesto is THE BEST for sauce, and you don’t need to add any extra spices, oil, or garlic. use sparingly then leave out the jar so people can add extra to taste.
-veggies: celery, red pepper, radish, green onion, zucchini, broccoli, pretty much whatever floats your boat! cut into bite-sized pieces.
-toasted pine nuts & a bit of lemon juice, toss it altogether and refrigerate until ready to eat. lasts about 3-4 days in the fridge.

    enjoy!!

    Potato Salad
Cook potatoes til soft, cook a couple eggs hard boiled, chop these up, add in relish, onions, mayonnaise, and mustard, mix well.

    Pasta Salad
(Noodles cooked, add in a bottle of Kraft Bacon Ranch dressing, chopped tomatoes, 1/2 of a bell pepper, 1/2 of a purple onion,)

    Corn on the cob

    Garlic Bread

    Green Salad with various dressings

    Twice Baked Potatoes
Bake potatoes til soft, cut in half when cooled down enough to touch,
scoop out potato part saving skin, place potato “meat” , milk, butter, salt, pepper, green onions-diced, sour cream, and a handful of cheddar cheese in a bowl. Mix until it’s like mashed potatoes. Put mixture back in skins, top with more cheddar cheese, and bacon bits. Put in oven and let cheese melt.

    CHEESY CORN FLAKE POTATOES

1 lg. bag frozen hash browns
    1 onion, diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 sticks butter, melted
    10 oz. sour cream
    12 oz. grated cheddar cheese
    Corn flakes
    Salt & pepper

Put potatoes in the bottom of a 9″x13″ pan. Mix onion, soup, 1 stick melted butter, sour cream and cheese. Spread on top of potatoes. Put a layer of corn flakes on top of mixture. Drizzle remaining butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

I usually buy the big turkey roasting pans and double the recipe, that way theres enough for everyone!

May also need to extend cooking time if starting wth frozen hashbrowns.
