@RefugeeT Dude whats your point? In case you didnt know, we are carnivores. Our ancestors were eating meat off the bone of dead animals, our bodies are still capable of doing it. So what if there was a little juice there? So what if the flame touched the meat? Jesus I have ate steak meat raw before, whats your point or are you just some whiny little tard that thinks you have a clue as to what your doing?
Dude.. some rules are to be obeyed when you do it at a restaurant.. not homecooking! Cross contamination and other bad shit won’t really kill ya at home if ya put the meat you just cooked in the board it had been before!
for all of your steak videos, do you let them rest for apr. like 10 minutes before you cut into them? i have always been taught that,
