   fresh herbs, minced garlic, olive oil > add all together & rub on to ANYTHING to rotisserie or grill;
   Brine poultry with citrus; beef with bourbon or instant coffee; use mesquite or kava with briquets et al; mollassess and chipotles work well in ANY sauce, glaze, marinade, tomato based items

   I found this amazing bbq rib recipe on a site called http://www.bit-hcooks.com (write a “c” where the dash is- yahoo won’t let me spell the name out) its a funny site for this cookbook called ‘Get in the Kitchen, BIT@HES!” amazing marinade!
