How would you cook baby back ribs on a propane grill?

Hello. My birthday was last weekend and I got a three- jet propane grill for my main present. I’ve already used it to cook some burgers and dogs for my party guests, but I also got two racks of baby back pork ribs to cook.

Does anyone have any grilling recipes for this particular cut of meat that would taste especially good when prepared on a gas grill? Don’t spare the details on things like marinades, spices, etc. I look forward to your suggestions.

How long will a full propane tank last for a 2 burner BBQ grill?

I know that’s a bit vague but I just want an estimate on how many hours and/or uses can I get out of my grill while grilling burgers and steaks?

I was given a propane BBQ grill, and I have natural gas on my deck, I bought an adapter, can I use Nat. Gas?

on this BBQ?
When I was shopping grills at Home Depot, they’d just say that only the BBQs costing more than $300 were interchangeable, but that made no sense to me.
If I can get the connection jibed, and it has a valve, what’s the difference?

Is it ok to always keep your propane BBQ grill outside?

It’s one of those large covered propane BBQ grills with the attached side burner. Also, are you supposed to unhook the propane tank when you’re not using the grill? But, then where do you store the tank? It gets even hotter in the garage than the 112(F) degrees on the back patio but I’m not sure if it even matters since the manufacturer had to have known people in the hot A$$ desert were going to be using these things.

Question about small propane tank for small outdoor grill?

I didn’t completely turn off my canister. Wnen I went out to check it, I could hear the hissing sound of the gas leaking. I immediately turned it completely off. The canister became extremely cold. Will the temperature get back to normal now that I completely turn it off. Or is there still a danger?
Thanks for all the great answers, unfortunately I can only pick one. You were all right though, it returned to normal temperature after about a half hour.
